Hi all, 
Quite new to TopoDOT and Microstation but slowly getting there. 

My question is around how to create and plot Z values on my line work.  Im sure its a simple thing to do but its really bugging me .  

Any help much appreciated!

Good morning Tom,

You can find the Plot Elevation Label tool in Extraction > Specialized > Other Tools



This will let you plot a cell on every vertex of the selected linework (a cross, for example) and/or plot the elevation text. You can adjust in the options tab to plot what you'd like.
